Refund policy
Products and subscription services you purchase from urwelcome2rome.com are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven (7) days of the date of purchase. This is to facilitate the return of any accidental purchase and is strictly depends on the discretion of the store manager.
When a refund is granted, you are required to permanently delete all copies of the e-book and confirm you have done so and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please email us at support@urwelcome2rome.com
Re-Downloading
If an e-book becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can re-download it from your urwelcome2rome.com account.
Refunds will not be granted in situations of purchase abuse.
